Customs and import fees for deliveries to countries outside the EU:

If delivery to countries outside the EU is offered during the ordering process, the following applies: We would like to point out that deliveries to countries outside the European Union (third countries) may incur additional customs duties or taxes as soon as the purchased goods have reached the third country. These additional customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Seller has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount as customs regulations vary significantly from country to country. In the case of a delivery to a third country, we recommend that the buyer inquire about possible customs duties or local taxes at the customs office responsible for the third country.

Note on the risk of damage or loss of the goods in transit:

We would like to point out that the seller bears the risk of loss or damage to the goods during transport, regardless of transport insurance, if the buyer is a natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed can be (consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB).
